Pencil to the rescue!

There are many ways to cope with negative emotions. There are people who bend themselves forward and backward, they stand on their heads doing Yoga or sit on a needles bed and meditate. Everything is quite efficient but it needs time and effort!
What if you want to “fight” your bad feelings immediately because your boss told you something painful or you argued with your partner?

Pencil to the rescue!
You can draw, scribble, write with a pencil... You can do many things with it, but have you ever thought that you can use it to make your mood better in a blink of an eye?
When you feel depressed, sad, when bad emotions surround you, you can change your mood in less than a minute!
Take a pencil. Put it in your mouth crosswise, keep it with your teeth in a way that it doesn't touch your lips. In this way the muscles of your face are forced to stay in an expression very similar to the one when you smile. In consequence, the brain produces hormones which improve your humour and as a result you start to feel better. The hormones I am talking about are so-called “the hormones of happiness” that is endorphins, serotonin etc. and one of the stimulus which activates them is laughter or in this case: the trick with the pencil.

Deceive your brain and enjoy good mood immediately!
