Don’t complain!!

Everybody likes to complain. There is nothing wrong in it, if you don’t change it in an obsession of finding all possible disadvantages of your life.
When you get up in the morning and you think: „oh no... working day... AGAIN!”, „oh no... what a terrible weather!”, „I am sick of this”, „My boss always annoys me!”, etc. consider for a moment that other people don’t have a job and they would have done everything to be in your place.
Instead of complaining about lack of money, think that others have less than you have. If you are reading this post, means that you have enough money to have Internet connection and a PC or smart phone or any other electronic device which allows you to surf the Internet.
Remember that complaining is not a solution to your problems. Your life will not change if you complain. Simple!
What changes instead is your mood. You feel worse and worse, you start to see more problems... it’s becoming a vicious circle full of negativity! Is it what you want in your life?

Here are 10 most popular cognitive distortions:

How to overcome procrastination in 2 minutes!

A year from now you may wish you had started today.” - Karen Lamb

There are many reasons why we procrastinate: lack of management, fear of failure, badly organized time, laziness and I’m sure that you can name at least other 3 reasons why you procrastinate.
Our brains always try to find a way to justify our actions and also in this case, our brain gives a logical explanation why we haven’t dust the house for 4 months or we haven’t replied to an email for weeks....
