Wake up your brain!

Nowadays it becomes more and more difficult to be creative. Schools teach children how to use check-lists and how to match answer A, B or C. Is there creativity in that?
Creative thinking is ancient past known from stories of our grandmothers.
There is a really easy way to keep your brain working as it should!

It’s a simple game which will help you to stimulate your sleeping brain. You can play alone or with your family, at home or in the car, on holidays and at work. You choose.

Version for 1 player:
Think about two words which don’t have anything in common. For example: glasses and keyboard.
Make a chain of associations.
Glasses – sight – looking at – monitor – computer – keyboard
The shorter is the chain, the better!

Version for 2 players and more:
Establish who will start (play „rock-paper-scissors”) The first person gives the word to begin with, and the second person gives the one to end with.
Players have a moment to think (you can set a limit of time eg. 60 seconds). You can write down the answers if you want.
After players give their answers. The person with the shortest chain of associations wins.

Here are some examples you can use:
car tire – solar panel
deckchair – handkerchief
gravel – contact lenses
sheet of paper – Spain
spy – bottle

This simple game makes your brain think out of the box and stimulates „sleeping cells”.

Have fun!
